POSITION
Summary:
As an industry authority, provides both internal and external consulting services. Works independently on advanced systems/software analysis projects. Remains current in operating systems/software analysis and technological developments/applications.

Responsibilities:
Provide systems engineering support on systems, elements and/or interfacing systems.
Provide expertise in architecture, design, development, requirements analysis, data flow, process improvement, network design and/or implementation and testing for the program.
Analyze system requirements, concept of operations, and high level system architecture to develop requirements specifications.
Develop detailed system architecture and system design documentation.
Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
Develop system configuration documentation. Manage the work of several System Engineers or System Engineering teams.
Provides advice and guidance to less experienced staff.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines, plus 10 years System Engineering experience. An additional 4
years of System Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 14 years.
At least one year of experience developing, configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, and testing TIBCO EMS capabilities.
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and 16 to 18 years of related experience.
DESIRED
Experience:
At least three years of experience with Visio, MS Office; 90 day SIGINT spin cycle planning and reporting.
Experience performing requirements development, management, tracking and process improvement per SIGINT standards.
Experience illustrating operational and staging capabilities; planning upgrades and the implementation of new systems within an Enterprise infrastructure.
At least two years of Redmine experience for the tracking of SIGINT requirements.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
